The James Brown Fest was first introduced in June, 2014 with a collection of plays inspired by the Godfather of Soul. That wonderful celebration returns with new plays and a dynamic cast. Featured artists are: Daniel Carlton, Letitia Guillory, Nambi E. Kelley, Sarah Kiefer, and Isreal McKinney Scott. One of the audience favorites returns, “Mrs. Brown’s Dilemma”. “Rock-A-Bye Baby, Baby, Baby” and “Soul Power” will debut. December 18th at the Countee Cullen Library.
