Sarah is a mother, actress, writer and a warrior who has been doing theater in various places over the past 15 years. After several years of steady work in Philly, Sarah made her way to New York City in the spring of 2007. Upon arriving she starred in Lynn Lobban’s, Quarter To Three, at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The experience of working on that show inspired Sarah to write her own show. She began work almost immediately on LOST GIRL FOUND, a one woman rock musical about her life growing up in the rock music industry. Sarah performed LOST GIRL FOUND at The Duplex Cabaret, The Producers Club and finally at The Laurie Beechman Theatre in the fall of 2009.
Since then Sarah has been dedicated to raising her beautiful daughter, Amaranta, and also to developing her latest piece, The Roundtable, a nine character, one-woman show that explores what might happen if nine women, completely different in their social, economic, political and spiritual views, were to meet for an unexpected encounter that just might change their lives forever. In November of 2013 The Roundtable had its world premiere at the historic WOW Café Theater in New York City. Sarah is a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association. She is also a founding member of the Uptown Refugees Performance Lab along with the amazing Tara Mooney.”

It’s always funny and insightful when my 3 year old comments on my physical appearance. Whether she is commenting on my acne which she calls booboos. Or whether she tells me it looks like there is a baby in my tummy when there clearly is not.
