Christine presented her story, No Common Marble, at the first WOMAN event in 2013. She returns again this year with her story entitled: My Sister’s Door.

Gretchen in Goethe’s FAUST and Laurence Holder’s musical JUBA (La MaMa E.T.C.); original cast member of Joseph Papp’s Black/Hispanic Shakespeare Company (JULIUS CAESAR and CORIOLANUS with Morgan Freeman); Ray Ramirez’s musical MONDONGO, directed by Dean Irby, Woodie King & Joseph Papp, co-producers; EnGarde Arts site specific production of Charles Mee’s ANOTHER PERSON IS A FOREIGN COUNTRY directed by Ann Bogarde.
Christine is a winner of two Vivian Robinson AUDELCO Awards for Excellence in Black Theatre (1999, Best Supporting Actress, Tracy S. Wilson’s EXHIBIT #9; 2000, Best Lead Actress, Judi Ann Mason’s INDIGO BLUES).
She is featured in the films CROSSING DELANCEY and Spike Lee’s JOE’S BED-STUY BARBERSHOP: WE CUT HEADS.
August, 2011, Christine was featured in Leah Maddrie’s CHASING HEAVEN for the FringeNYC Festival and reviewed in the NY Times ArtsBeat: (http://artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/08/22/new-york-fringe-festival-report-chasing-heaven/). That September, 2011, she was interviewed on the BBC Radio5 program “Up All Night”.
